Weisbrod Honored For Legal Accomplishments
Congratulations to Preston Hollow resident Les Weisbrod, a partner at the law firm of Miller Weisbrod, who has been named the 2015 Dallas Medical Malpractice Law-Plaintiffs “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers, a peer-review publication.
Since 1986, Weisbrod has tried or settled more than 177 medical malpractice cases that have resulted in verdicts or settlements of more than $1 million for his clients. That list includes the recent summary verdict in Dallas County for a 79-year-old client who was awarded $2 million in punitive damages.
Weisbrod, who earned a law degree from SMU, has served as president of the American Association for Justice and was a co-founding chair of the Birth Trauma Litigation group of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
