Dallas Country Club Planning Huge Party
The Dallas Country Club will host a members-only party on Wednesday night to celebrate its 117th anniversary. I’ve seen the entertainment lineup, and it is extensive, offering something for nearly every musical taste held by the club’s membership.
The Spazmatics will bring their brand of nerdy New Wave tunes to the pool area. Drew Womack will croon country songs on the event lawn. Mariachi Relampago will spice things up on the putting green. Bonnie Whitmore will be breaking hearts in the 19th Hole. And Trey & the Tritones will fill the dance floor in the Turtle Creek Grille.
I have no indication that a fireworks show is on the agenda, but neighbors should be prepared, just in case.
