The Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture’s annual MLK Symposium in partnership with St. Paul United Methodist Church honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy will be at 6 p.m. Jan. 13.

Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church will host an Epiphany lessons and carols service at 4 p.m. Jan. 22. 

Following the program of Christmas “villancicos” at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Orchestra of New Spain will host two Epiphany concerts 

Temple Emanu-El will celebrate the sixth night of Hanukkah with a Shabbat service and dinner beginning at 6 p.m. 

The Dallas Arboretum debuted the Artistry of Faith and Culture exhibit at the DeGolyer House this season. The exhibit features the three world holidays celebrated during the season—Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa—along with Diwali celebrated in the fall.

California-based Chinese artist James He Qi has 26 pieces on display at Highland Park Presbyterian Church until Dec. 26.

Park Cities Presbyterian Church will help fill 11,000 Boxes of Blessing Dec. 3 with nonperishable food for Dallasites in need. 

SMU will host its annual celebration of lights Monday, Nov. 28. 

Highland Park Presbyterian Church’s music ministry will close out 2022 with two Christmas performances by the HP Pres chancel choir, chorale, and orchestra, as well as two solo harp concerts by Dallas native Alison Read.

Central Commons Nov. 18 is hosting Bishop Todd Hunter,  founding bishop of The Diocese of Churches for the Sake of Others, The Telos Collective, and the Center for Formation, Justice and Peace, in partnership with St. Luke Medical District.
