Scots Pin Down 10 Regional Qualifiers
A combination of individual milestones and team accomplishments highlighted a solid showing for Highland Park wrestlers at the District 5-6A tournament on Saturday in Rockwall.
The Scots qualified 10 athletes for the Region II tournament on Feb. 11-12 in Allen, including three district champions. Plus, HP senior Jarek Delgado earned his 100th career match victory during the 5-6A tournament.
Other regional qualifiers for the Scots include David Ray, Cormac Carroll, Asher Pinson, Jack Rice, Carter Baumgartner, Noah Morse, Matthew Winford, Hatcher Keiser, and Fulton Tucker.
