Scots Claim Two Victories in Cali

It was a mostly successful voyage to California for the Highland Park lacrosse team, which returned home with two victories in three games against West Coast opponents.

The Scots (3-3) opened the trip with an 18-5 win over Corona del Mar in Newport Beach on Saturday, then edged Poway 8-7 two days later. HP fell to Torrey Pines 9-8 on Tuesday for their third one-goal loss this season.

The Scots will return to action on March 23 at Allen before hosting Mountain Vista (Colo.) in their home opener on March 24.
