Scots Resume XC Schedule This Week
After a bye week, Highland Park will resume the cross country season on Saturday, with the girls competing in the Flower Mound Invitational and the boys heading to the Cedar Park Invitational.
In its last meet, Highland Park placed 23rd as a team while facing a terrific field in the girls elite division of the Marcus Invitational meet in Denton. Olivia Scott and Grace Beitter each cracked the top 100 in the individual standings for the Lady Scots.
On the boys side, HP was 25th in the elite team standings at the Marcus Invitational, with Jorge Rodriguez leading the way.
