HP Will Spray After Positive West Nile Test
You know the drill. Highland Park got confirmation from Dallas County Health and Human Services of a positive test for West Nile Virus from a mosquito sample in the western side of the town. That means ground spraying this weekend.
The town will spray for three consecutive nights between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. from Preston Road west to the town limits (those are quadrants A and B in the above map). That includes parks and tennis courts.
In University Park, fogging will take place tonight in city parks and throughout the SMU campus, and will resume July 13-14 (north of Lovers Lane) and July 15-16 (south of Lovers Lane). The parks will be sprayed again on July 14. So take the usual precautions.
