Olivella’s Launches New Recipes
Show me a Parkie who says they don’t love Olivella’s and I’ll show you a liar. OK, maybe that’s a little bit of a strong statement, but the local favorite has announced the launching of five new recipes, and three of them are available at our own University Park location: the sausage, gorgonzola, and tomato sauce antipasto plate; the prosciutto and blue cheese pizza roll antipasto plate; and the peanut butter and Nutella panini.
“Everything we make is guided by the Olivella family’s trove of traditional recipes,” Olivella’s owner Charlie Green said.
Since SMU’s Homecoming is this weekend — and it’s supposed to be flippin’ cold — maybe some hot pizza isn’t a bad idea.
