Apparently, the city of University Park is pretty tech-savvy. The city recently won an Internet Advertising Competition award for outstanding website from the Web Marketing Association.

The city shared the prize with Imaginuity Interactive, the company to which it outsourced the redesign of its website last year. The redesign launched in December. It was the latest of several collaborations between UP and Imaginuity.

The award came in the competition’s government category. Entries are judged on creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting, use of medium, and memorability.
