Bush 43 Dishes on Bush 41 in New Book
The latest book from former President George W. Bush will be something unique — a biography of a fellow president who also happens to be his father.
Bush, who lives in Preston Hollow, is finishing work on an untitled book about George H.W. Bush, who is one of the only presidents in recent memory not to have penned his own memoir. The younger Bush already published his memoir, Decision Points, in 2010.
It will be available on Nov. 11 in print, digital, and audio formats. The press release issued by Crown Publishing isn’t very forthcoming with details, but you can read what they gave us after the jump.
Forty-three men have served as President of the United States. Countless books have been written about them. The book shines new light on both the accomplished leader and the warm, decent man known best by his family. In addition, George W. Bush discusses his father’s influence on him throughout his own life, from his childhood in West Texas to his early campaign trips with his father, and from his decision to go into politics to his own two-term presidency.
