Read With Rawlings at Preston Royal
Mayor Mike Rawlings’ Summer Reading program will make a stop at the Preston Royal Library on Aug. 7. Jeffrey Kahn of the SMU Dedman School of Law will read “Mrs. Shipley’s Ghost: The Right to Travel and Terrorist Watch Lists” at 6:30 p.m. As you may tell from the title, this program is meant to encourage adult reading as well as children’s.
