Town Wants Your Thoughts on Traffic

Highland Park has scheduled a pair of community meetings regarding traffic, transportation, and parking. The Town Council has retained consulting firm NBBJ to conduct a study of those issues, and residents are invited to share their thoughts at 6 p.m. Wednesday or 8 a.m. Thursday, so their opinions and concerns can help shape the study. Both meetings will be held at the temporary Town Hall at MacArthur and Lemmon avenues. If you can’t make it, you can email your thoughts to traffic-parking@hpds.org.

What private real estate company are we sponsoring this traffic study for this time?

@AvidReader I want you to know that your comment made me laugh for 2 minutes. I am so sick of these sleazy real estate companies continuing to sponsor every event in town in an attempt to save their brand image.

Nice of HP to hold these meetings, UP would never do anything like this.

@BM, yes, UP doesn’t hold these meetings but you can meet with the folks in public works and they will snicker at you if you want to discuss pedestrian safety.
