Evans, Hillcrest Off To 3-0 Start to Football Season
The Hillcrest Panthers are 3-0 to start to the season. And quarterback Arico Evans is a big reason why.
Evans has been nearly perfect this season. Through three games, Evans has thrown for 364 yards, seven touchdowns, and just one interceptions. He also leads the team in rushing with 51 attempts for 334 yards and three more touchdowns.
Those solid numbers have helped Hillcrest beat Molina (20-0), Parish Episcopal (49-35), and North Garland (31-13). After a bye this week, the Panthers will open District 12-4A play at Samuell one week from Friday at Pleasant Grove Stadium.
