Nothing brings a mother-daughter pair together like the Constitution. At least that’s the way it went for actress Janine Turner and her daughter Juliette, who will be interviewed about Juliette’s new book by Jocelyn White at the Women’s Council of the Dallas Arboretum’s Winter Tea on Sunday. Said emcee-of-everything Jocelyn:
