Three Teams Still Alive in Football Playoffs

Three Preston Hollow football teams will be celebrating Thanksgiving weekend with another playoff game, after Covenant, Jesuit, and Parish Episcopal all won first-round games last week.

Parish (10-1) will take on Midland Christian at 7 p.m. Friday in Brownwood in a TAPPS Division II quarterfinal.

Covenant (10-1) will face New Braunfels Christian in a TAPPS Six-Man Division I state quarterfinal at Waco Texas Christian Academy at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Finally, Jesuit (9-2) will face Longview (8-3) at 7 p.m. Saturday in a Class 5A Division II area game at Lake Highlands’ Wildcat-Ram Stadium.
