City Plan Commission to Consider Minor Change
On the agenda for Thursday’s meeting of the City Plan Commission, we find “an application to create one 4.295-acre lot” at 10201 Inwood Road. The thing is, Dallas Central Appraisal District records show that the lot at that address is already 4.2895 acres. That’s a difference of .0055 acres. I’m no real estate expert, but that seems like a change one could make without City Hall even noticing.
The property is owned by Stephen T. Winn, the chairman and CEO of Real Page. Appraisal District records also show that his 10,216-square-foot home has six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and four fireplaces. Nice!
