Kirby Sworn in as HP Town Secretary
Mayor Bill Seay gives the oath of office to Highland Park’s new town secretary, Gayle Kirby.
I don’t even want to know how late the Highland Park Town Council meeting ran last night. At 7 p.m., after three hours of discussion, I had to book in the middle of Bill Pollock’s budget workshop presentation.
However, the bright spot of the meeting was the swearing-in of Highland Park’s new Town Secretary, Gayle Kirby.
