Each generation takes a few tired words and gives them a modern makeover. In the 80s, it was “radical” but today I’m noticing that everything fabulous is “epic.”
Example: After school we’re having an epic snowball fight.
I really wish there were… I would have gotten some of the yearbook photographers out to take pictures but I couldn’t find any. I’m sure that some photos that somebody took will surface eventually.
or “epic fail!” is what I hear after a catastrophe or missed opportunity.
This is an Epic waste of an article
@Steve- It’s not an article, it’s a blog post. That was an epic mistake.
I will epically take my own life if I hear anyone seriously use “epic”. Its only safe haven is the ed hardy/30k millionaire convention in Uptown.
Personally participated in “Epic” snowball fight at lunch, and I must say, that is a very accurate word to describe it!
@Junior Boy: If there were any pictures taken during the epic snowball fight, I’d love to see them.
sorry epic has been replaced by “legend”
Epic+Legit, those are the words I hear at school.
