Optional Season Starts for HP Gymnasts

Highland Park is hosting the regional gymnastics meet in April, so they have plenty of time to prepare during their optional meets.

Highland Park will head into the most critical part of its schedule with its first optional meet on Thursday at Irving, which also will be the site of the district meet on April 4.
The optional part of the schedule includes six meets for boys and girls, including the HP Invitational on Feb. 23, along with trips to Rockwall, Euless Trinity, Bryan Rudder, and Rockwall-Heath.
The Scots will host the regional meet on April 12-13, with the state meet slated for April 28-29 in Odessa.
