HPHS Senior Honored as Student Hero
HPHS senior Kendall Deitch, founder of Big Sister’s Closet, was honored with the Student Heroes Award at the HPISD school board meeting on May 17. Her positive impact on the community made her a fast candidate for the award, which is presented by the State Board of Education to students who provide outstanding acts to fellow students.
