Belles Shine While Dancing in the Dark
Highland Park High School held its annual black-light pep rally last week, which gave the Highland Belles an opportunity for some glow-in-the-dark fun.
All 61 drill-team members wore white tutus with special black-light makeup to appear like life-size dolls to bring a ghoulish glow to their dance routine.
