Byron Egan Named UP Citizen of the Year
Byron Egan has been named University Park’s 2015 Citizen of the Year.
Egan, who graduated from HPHS and then UT Austin, worked with his wife, Nancy Egan, to turn a book bank into the University Park Public Library in 2013.
He is now a partner of Jackson Walker LLP in Dallas and chair of the Executive Council of the M&A Committee of the American Bar Association.
After riding in the Park Cities Fourth of July parade, he will be recognized during a ceremony at the Goar Park gazebo.
