Swoozies is going out. But Jersey Mike’s is opening up between Snuffer’s and Orange Cup. You can order invitations anywhere, but you have to cross 75 to get a good sub. I’m just sayin’.
My daughter and I went to the much over-hyped Swoozie sale. Disappointing. The signs in the window say 10%-30% off everything. I scoured the store pretty closely and absolutely everything I saw Friday was only 10% off, except for greeting cards which were 30% off. Cute stuff there but really a bunch of overpriced crap no one needs.
I love NY Subs, and love the fact that the bread is soft–I want to taste everything, not just the bread. Have them toast it if you want it hard on the outside.
Merritt! What kind of Parkie are you? How could you turn your back on NY Sub?

Jimmy John’s on Hillcrest is really great and there is a Jersey Mikes at Lovers and Inwood – no need to cross over 75.
Jersey Mikes >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> NY Sub
New York Subs! New York Subs! New York Subs!
There is a Jersey Mikes on Greenville just north of Lovers. Can you say oversaturated?
Jersey Mike’s isn’t bad, but New York Sub is better.
I knew New York and that is no new york sub. The foundation of a good sub is the bread (Italian) – crusty on the outside and soft inside.
