A man and woman had unpleasant trips to Preston Center on May 3. Reported at 5:05 p.m.: the theft of her vehicle. Reported at 5:08 p.m., the theft of his.

2 Monday

At 9:49 a.m., an unwelcome visitor to Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas on Inwood Road received a criminal trespassing warning.

3 Tuesday

Arrested at 11:59 a.m.: a 35-year-old man accused of shoplifting cologne from NorthPark Center store.

Triple action! Stolen before 4:39 p.m. at NorthPark: a vehicle (owner’s gender unknown); before 5:31 p.m., a woman’s vehicle; and before 5:40 p.m., a man’s vehicle.

Arrested at 6:02 p.m.: a 31-year-old man accused of shoplifting from a NorthPark Center store and possession of 3 grams of methamphetamine.

4 Wednesday

Stolen before 7:52 a.m.: a man’s vehicle from a home in the 9800 block of Crest Meadow Drive.

Burglarized before 10:19 a.m.: a man’s vehicle at apartments in the 8600 block of Thackery Street.

At 10:43 a.m., officers headed to Preston Royal Village, where they gave an unwelcome guest a criminal trespassing warning.

Stolen before 6:04 p.m. at NorthPark Center: a woman’s 2007 GMC Sierra pickup.

Reported at 9:54 p.m.: A shooter fired a gun toward a woman in a NorthPark Center parking lot but missed her.

5 Thursday

Stolen before 8:46 a.m.: a woman’s vehicle from a home in the 6606 block of Pemberton Drive.

Reported at 8:18 p.m.: a hit and run wreck in the 5400 block of Cedarbrush Drive.

6 Friday

Arrested at 2:59 a.m.: a 25-year-old man accused of public intoxication in the 8500 block of Preston Road.

Stolen before 9:59 a.m.: a man’s vehicle from a home in the 5500 block of Glenwick Lane.

Reported at 10:39 a.m.: shoplifting on May 5 at a NorthPark Center store.

7 Saturday

An unruly visitor’s behavior before 10:17 a.m. earned a criminal trespassing warning at Preston Forest Square.

Jerk alert: A reckless and irresponsible motorist skedaddled before 11:49 a.m. after striking another’s vehicle at Inwood Village.

Arrested at 3:41 p.m.: a drunk person (age and gender not provided) near the scene of a wreck at NorthPark Center.

Before 5:54 p.m., a vandal damaged a woman’s vehicle at NorthPark Center.

Burglarized before 8:19 p.m.: a man’s vehicle at NorthPark Center.

8 Sunday

Arrested at 2:19 p.m.: A 31-year-old man accused of shoplifting at a NorthPark Center store also was warned not to return.

Stolen before 3:14 p.m.: a man’s vehicle at NorthPark Center. A similar theft also was reported at 8:57 p.m.

Reported at 5:17 p.m.: the four-day-old burglary of a woman’s vehicle at apartments in the 8600 block of Thackery Street.

Burglarized before 10:30 p.m.: a woman’s vehicle at NorthPark Center.
