Restaurant Fest At Eataly Dallas

Eataly Dallas is hosting its signature event, Restaurant Fest through this week.

As part of Restaurant Fest, all three of Eataly Dallas’ restaurants are offering two-course menus starting at $19, more than 100 wines by the glass starting at $10, large-format cocktails, events, tastings, and more.  

During this bi-annual dining event, each of Eataly Dallas’s three restaurants is offering its own specially priced menu so guests can enjoy wood-burning grill dishes at Terra, Italian staples at La Pizza & La Pasta, and handmade pasta at Il Pastaio.  

La Pizza & La Pasta is offering a menu including antipasti (appetizer) choices of suppli pomodoro e mozzarella (fried carnaroli rice, cosi come tomato, housemade mozzarella, and basil), frittele di zucchini (fried zucchini cakes with rosemary and lemon, and bruschetta al pomodoro (housemade bread with heirloom tomato, basil, and olive oil), and main course choices of spaghetto cacio e pepe (afeltra spaghetto, pecorino romano zerto, and black pepper), rigatoni alla gricia (afeltra rigatoni, san carlo guanciale, pecorino romano zerto, and black pepper), bucatini all’amatriciana (afeltra bucatini, san carlo guanciale, mutti tomato, chili flakes, and pecorino romano zerto), pizza cacio e pepe (Neopolitan-style: mozzarella di bufala, pecorino romano DOP, black pepper, olive oil, and basil), and pizza margherita verace TSG (Neopolitan-style: san marzano tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, basil, and olive oil).

Terra is offering a $29 two-course menu including appetizers choices of insalata verde (farm greens, herbs, white balsamic vinaigrette), spiedini misti (chef’s selection of grilled skewers, and arancini (carnaroli rice, spring peas, pecorino romano zerto, and scamorza), and main course options of ragu rustico (lumache, beef, and pork ragu, and parmigiano reggiano) pollo affumicato (smoked and scorched half chicken, chicory salad, and rosemary), and trota alla brace (butterflied and grilled rainbow trout, salsa verde, and charred lemon,

Il Pastaio is offering a menu including appetizer options of pappa al pomodoro (rustic bread, mutti tomato, liuzzi stracciatella, and basil), barbabietole (red beets, yogurt dressing, pistachio, and oregano), prosciutto di parma (ferrarini prosciutto di parma), and pasta options including trennete al pasto genovese (basil, pine nuts, potatoes, green beans, and parmigiano reggiano), tonnarelli cacio e pepe (pecorino romano zerto and black pepper), and malloredus al ragu di salsiccia (spicy sausage ragu, mutti tomato, and saffron pecorino romano zerto).
