Cooking Class Yields Hanukkah Treats
Talk about your delicious ideas: Temple Shalom hosted a recent cooking class for 20 families with author and cooking instructor Tina Wasserman, known as the Hanukkah Young Chefs Academy.
Children and their parents made latkes, Hanukkah cookies, and gelt, as well as learned other kosher cooking secrets from Wasserman’s new book, Entree to Judaism for Families. It was the first workshop of its kind in Dallas.
