PRL Announces Calendar Artist Winners
Preston Royal Library Friends announced the 2016 calendar artist winners Monday, Nov. 1. The art competition is among elementary school students in the Preston Royal Library area in grades first through eighth.
The art will be on display in the library as well as featured in the 2016 calendar.
The reception for the winning artists is Nov. 12 at 4 p.m. at the Preston Royal Library.
