Police Report: August 24 to August 30

DALLAS

24 MONDAY
At 12:13 a.m., an intruder broke into an apartment in the 12100 block of Inwood Circle and threatened to assault a resident.

Between 8:10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., a thief entered an unlocked house in the 7200 block of Blairview Drive and stole property.

25 TUESDAY
Between 3 p.m. on Aug. 24 and 8 a.m. on Aug. 25, a burglar broke into Diane’s Tailor Shop in the 12800 block of Preston Road and stole merchandise.

Between 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 24 and 8 a.m. on Aug. 25, a miscreant broke into North Haven Gardens in the 7700 block of Northaven Road and stole property.

Between 9 p.m. on Aug. 24 and 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 25, a burglar broke into a vehicle at an apartment complex in the 3700 block of Inwood Road and stole electronics.

26 WEDNESDAY
Between 8:01 and 9:12 a.m., a crook broke into a house in the 7100 block of Royal Lane and stole property.

Between 11:30 a.m. and noon, a burglar broke into a car at Tom Thumb in the 7100 block of Inwood Road and stole property.

Between 7:20 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., a wrongdoer entered an unlocked vehicle at Preston Center and stole property.

27 THURSDAY
Between midnight and 9 a.m., a thief stole property from an unlocked vehicle in the 8700 block of Cortleigh Place.

Between 6:45 and 6:57 p.m., a shoplifter stole merchandise from Macy’s at NorthPark Center. Montrae Jamar Miller, 19, was arrested on a theft charge.

28 FRIDAY
At 8 a.m., a rapscallion stole a newspaper from a yard in the 7300 block of Mimosa Lane before driving away in a white SUV.

30 SUNDAY
Between 8 p.m. on Aug. 29 and 7 a.m. on Aug. 30, a thief stole a vehicle in the 9900 block of Lenel Place.
