Q: What’s been the most valuable learning experience as part of Crystal Charity Ball?

A: Realizing the amazing value of teamwork, and the tremendous impact that we can make on the lives of the children we serve.

Q: What is your fashion motto?

A: My number one fashion motto is to not always wear what is trendy, but wear what looks good on YOU, and you feel confident in. Not every trend looks good on every body.

Q: What cosmetic is always in your purse?

A: You will always find a tube of a “bright and happy” color of lipstick in my purse. It’s the quickest and easiest make-up “pick me up,” and also the quickest way to look put together when time is a challenge. As it continually is with most women.

Q: Other than CCB Beneficiaries, what charity/cause pulls at your heartstrings, and why?

A: Another organization that a is close to my heart is CASA. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate, and that is exactly what they are. A CASA is appointed by the court to serve the best interest of children in foster care. Sometimes these are children that truly have no one in their lives to care for them. A precious child should never be alone in this world. Unfortunately, we have way too many. CASA is being there for them when they have no one and can make a significant impact on their lives.
