Intersection of Oak Lawn Avenue and Preston Road Affected by Construction
Traffic around the Ashley Priddy Memorial Fountain near the intersection of Armstrong Avenue, Oak Lawn Avenue, Lakeside Drive, and Preston Road will be impacted by storm water main repair work beginning on Thursday, April 10.
The town of Highland Park will temporarily close and shift lanes to facilitate the construction, which is expected to continue through the end of June, weather permitting. This webpage from the town of Highland Park will be updated as work progresses.
Initially, drivers can expect lane shifts on Armstrong Avenue, Preston Road, and Oak Lawn Avenue, and road closures on Lakeside Drive and the Armstrong Avenue ramp south of Armstrong Avenue.
