New Stores, Upgrades Coming to The Plaza at Preston Center
The Plaza at Preston Center is celebrating its 75th birthday with a $5 million facelift and the addition of multiple new retailers and restaurants.
Upgrades at the Plaza will occur in phases throughout 2025. Exterior work will include renovations throughout the center that mirror the current façade at Muchacho and il Bracco, as well as updates to painting, trellis, and paving.
Recent retail arrivals to The Plaza at Preston Center include:
- Mood-boosting apparel, handbag, shoe, and jewelry brand Frances Valentine
- Fashion, home, and design brand for the timeless traveler Luminary Lifestyle
- Luxury womenswear brand Abbey Glass
Coming soon to The Plaza at Preston Center are:
- Vibrant, resort-ready brand Trina Turk, which is known for its signature prints and effortless Palm Springs style. Trina Turk is expected to open next to Frances Valentine on Preston Road in April.
- Frenchie, a highly anticipated casual French bistro concept from Travis Street Hospitality, which will open this spring in the former Corner Bakery spot
- Trendy women’s fashion boutique Y-OHR, which will open at 8415 Preston Center Plaza Drive in May.
- Award-winning med spa Viva Day Spa, which is expected to open above Tootsies at 8300 Preston Road in September.
