Eataly Dallas To Host Epic Girls’ Night Out
Eataly Dallas will host Festa Della Donna on Thursday, March 6, to celebrate International Women’s Day with some of north Texas’ top female chefs. The event runs from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at NorthPark Center’s shrine to Italian food and culture. Ticket prices are $95 for General Admission and $125 for VIP entrance.
A portion of proceeds from ticket sales are donated to the Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International, a women’s culinary honor society that funds culinary scholarships, food insecurity programs, and workforce development in the hospitality industry.
Fifteen of North Texas’ top female chefs, including Tiffany Derry from the acclaimed Roots Southern Table and Radici, Christine Erdeljac of Jonathan’s Forestwood, Corey McCombs of Encina, and Andrea Shackelford of the Michelin Recommended Harvest at Masonic, will prepare and serve dishes inspired by their own kitchens and the incredible ingredients available at Eataly. There will be plenty of refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy as well. Though it’s a celebration of women, all are invited.
The event will provide music, live culinary demonstrations, wine tasting and information sessions, and a silent auction with exclusive dining events for the highest bidder. For more information about the event and to buy tickets, click here.
Since its founding in 1985, the Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier has raised close to $2 million to fund endowments at The University of Texas, Texas Tech University, the University of North Texas, the University of Houston, Texas Woman’s University, Greyson College, and Dallas College. Each year, those colleges and universities grant thousands of dollars in scholarships to students on behalf of Les Dames. Additionally, Les Dames donates to food-related non profits including the North Texas Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, Hugs Cafe Training, The Tarrant Area Food Bank’s Fort Worx program and many more.
