Dec My Room’s North Texas Chapter has announced that its seventh annual Room to Grow Luncheon and Fashion Presentation will be held on April 2 in the Neiman Marcus Garden at NorthPark Center.

Ashley O’Malley and Heather Winn will chair the event. Jodi Kahn, Neiman Marcus vice president of luxury fashion, and Bruce Pask, Neiman Marcus brand senior editorial director, will showcase spring fashions with champagne and shopping to follow.

“Ashley O’Malley and Heather Winn…bring extraordinary leadership and fundraising expertise, alongside a sincere passion for Dec My Room’s mission, to our annual fundraiser,” said Heather Smith, Dec My Room’s North Texas Chapter director. “We hope everyone will make plans now to join us on April 2, for what promises to be a fabulous day of friends and fashion, and most importantly an opportunity to support Dec My Room’s purpose to create much-needed healing places at our four local area hospital partners.”

The event will also include recognition of this year’s award recipients.

The 2025 Celebrate Flight Award is presented annually to a patient whose experience or actions epitomize Dec My Room’s mission. This year, the award will honor the memory of Ellison Liechty and her brave fight against acute myeloid leukemia. Julie Liechty, Ellison’s mother, will accept the award on her behalf.

Kameron Westcott will receive the second annual Monarch Servant Heart Award, presented to a continued supporter of Dec My Room’s mission. Wescott has devoted her energies to celebrating and promoting women’s health and contributions to society.
