TCA Celebrates 100th Day of School
The 100th day of school might not be an official holiday, but for kindergarteners looking to mark the milestone of their first academic year, it ranks up there with other big-time celebrations.
Trinity Christian Academy pre-K and kindergarten classes marked day 100 of learning with costumes and fun activities, dressing up as 100-year-olds and engaging in educational exercises incorporating the number.
While pausing to acknowledge their progress in class, students donned wigs, spectacles, suspenders, and canes, transforming into their much older alter-egos.
Several students noted embracing their grandparents’ fashion sense, with pearl necklaces and stylish bow ties, adding, of course, that their “meemaws and pawpaws” look “much, much younger.”
