Ursuline’s Tobin Reaches Hoops Milestone
Ursuline basketball standout Annabelle Tobin surpassed 1,000 points for her high school career during a 67-43 loss to Plano Prestonwood on Tuesday.
Tobin, a senior guard, scored a team-high eight points in the defeat and has been a bright spot during an up-and-down season for the Bears (10-15).
“Annabelle’s determination and passion for the game have been incredible to witness,” said Ursuline head coach Nikki Nester. “Reaching 1,000 points is a tremendous achievement, and it showcases the hard work she has put in over the years. We are all so proud of her and excited to see what she continues to achieve.”
Next up, Ursuline will travel to face Frisco Legacy on Friday before its regular-season home finale against Prestonwood on Saturday.
