A crafty criminal was caught carrying off items after it was reported he was breaking and entering a home in the 4000 block of Cochran Chapel Road on Jan. 14.

A theft occurred at a bar in the 7700 block of Inwood Road.
A wallet was found at a school in the 12500 block of Inwood Road.
An undisclosed offense occurred at a grocery store in the 10700 block of Preston Road.

Vandalism of property occurred at an apartment residence in the 7700 block of West Greenway Boulevard.

A motor vehicle theft occurred at a residence in the 7100 block of Lakehurst Avenue.

A van was taken without the consent of the owner at a residence in the 5800 block of Preston Haven Drive.
An unspecified offense occurred at a restaurant in the 4300 block of West Northwest Highway.

An unspecified offense occurred at a restaurant in the 6100 block of Luther Lane.
An individual was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 8500 block of Hillcrest Road.
