McCutchan (12 goals, one assist) led the offensive attack for HP during the playoffs, along with Colton Heinlein (nine goals, four assists), and James Allen (three goals, four assists).
Defensively, short-stick defensive midfielder Matthew Park picked up 14 groundballs and caused numerous turnovers, and close defenders Jack Sumner and Mac Dixon picked up 10 groundballs and eight groundballs, respectively.
Walker Fitzgerald saved 58 percent of the shots he faced in goal for the Scots, resulting in a 6.25 goals-against average, and faceoff specialist Owen Laszewski won 61 percent of his draws.
In the Class AA bracket, top-seeded HP lost to Episcopal School of Dallas in the semifinals, ending its quest for a second straight crown.
