Morse Milestone Leads Scots at Heritage
Highland Park entered the final stretch of the wrestling regular season by sweeping its matches at the Heritage Duals on Jan. 6 in Frisco.
In addition to the host team, the Scots (15-2) won matches against Lake Highlands, The Colony, St. Mark’s, and Frisco Reedy. HP senior Noah Morse earned his 100th career match victory during the tournament.
HP will wrap up its home schedule with the Scot Super Six tournament on Saturday, which will include dual matches against Midlothian Heritage, Flower Mound, Bishop Lynch, Woodrow Wilson, and Frisco Memorial.
After that, the Scots will compete in the State Duals on Jan. 19 in Wichita Falls, followed by the District 5-6A tournament on Jan. 31 in Rockwall.
