Tim Schutze

Allie Beth Allman & Associates’ realtor Tim Schutze puts his clients first. For him, the most rewarding thing about his career is the people he gets to meet and work with, and that’s why he works hard to find the best deals for his clients. As a real estate agent, he strives to have integrity, market knowledge, negotiating skills, and, most importantly, an understanding of the needs of each of his clients.

Schutze works primarily in Lakewood, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Plano, Allen, and Frisco. Despite the strange market we’ve been seeing for the past year or so, Schutze sees the light at the end of the tunnel.

“We are beginning to see the market return more to normal, and that’s a good thing for all buyers and sellers,” Schutze said. “We are continuing to see strong relocation to the Dallas area, and our inventory is beginning to improve. The Dallas economy continues to thrive in the good times and more challenging times.”

While Schutze foresees the market becoming easier to navigate, the biggest piece of advice he has for homebuyers is to enlist the help of an experienced realtor. A home is a high-dollar asset, and buyers need to be properly represented because the sellers absolutely will be. For sellers, Schutze encourages them to listen to the advice of your realtor. Properties that are presented well and priced appropriately sell quickly and limit the amount of stress on everyone.

“I love being able to advise and guide my clients through an intricate process that so many are unfamiliar with,” Schutze said. “Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or a seller that wants an easier lifestyle, those are the situations that I’m most proud of.”
