18 Monday

A burglar opened a man’s car and took items before fleeing from Inwood Village before 2:36 a.m.

A reckless thief shattered the right front door of the Starbucks at Preston Road and Forest Lane and stole stuff before 8:52 a.m.

19 Tuesday

A woman found a driver’s license and credit cards outside of a home in the 6100 block of Berkshire Lane before 8:19 a.m.

Police responded to theft at a construction site in the 8400 block of Preston Road at 8:49 a.m.

Damaged before 3:10 p.m.: a woman’s property in the 6400 block of Joyce Way.

A thief pried open a driver’s side door and stole property from a car in the 4400 block of Wildwood Road before 3:45 p.m.

Stolen before 5:16 p.m.: a man’s vehicle from NorthPark Center.

A reckless driver hit another car and fled the scene without leaving information before 5:31 p.m. in the 6000 block of Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway.

Before 7:57 p.m., a burglar cut a gate lock and broke into an enclosed trailer at a construction site in the 8600 block of Inwood Road.

Before 9:05 p.m., a woman reported that her rear passenger window was smashed and property was stolen from the parking lot of NorthPark Center.

A man’s vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of NorthPark Center before 9:45 p.m.

A destructive shopper caused damage at the Central Market on West Northwest Highway at an undisclosed time.

20 Wednesday

An abandoned vehicle blocked the street in the 5000 block of Walnut Hill Lane before 12:45 a.m.

An unknown type of cutting tool was used to damage part of a van in the 4500 block of W. Lovers Lane before 8:49 a.m.

Stolen before 1:02 p.m.: a man’s vehicle from the parking lot of NorthPark Center.

Someone got a criminal trespass warning at Inwood Village before 4:54 p.m.

Before 10:01 p.m., property was stolen from a woman’s vehicle near La La Land Kind Cafe on West Lovers Lane.

21 Thursday

Someone looking suspicious was observed circling TBK Bank on Sherry Lane before 9:50 a.m.

Someone causing a disturbance breached the peace at NorthPark Center before 10:12 a.m.

A distracted driver hit a sign and caused damage to it in the 6100 block of Berkshire Lane before 4:20 p.m.

Before 5:55 p.m., a burglar entered a man’s vehicle and stole his property in the 6100 block of Royalton Drive.

Also before 5:55 p.m., someone damaged a front door lock and stole merchandise from a store in NorthPark Center.

Before 9:46 p.m., items were stolen from a woman’s vehicle from Pavilion on Lovers Lane.

A shoplifter stole from Inwood Village at an undisclosed time.

Stolen before 5:11 p.m.: a man’s parked vehicle in the parking lot of Southpaws Grill.
