Nike Taking Over Former H&M Space At NorthPark

Nike is taking over the two-level space at NorthPark Center recently vacated by H&M.

According to signage in front of the space, the store is opening in “winter 2023.”

A spokesperson for the shopping center confirmed that Nike is relocating to the space H&M vacated, but declined to share more details.

When the footwear brand first opened its existing store on level one between Neiman Marcus and Dillard’s in NorthPark, it was Nike’s first store in the state that wasn’t a factory outlet.

While NorthPark declined to share specifics, according to planning documents filed with the state, Nike is planning to spend just over $3 million to open a Rise store in NorthPark. That’s the brand’s newest concept with a few open, including in Guangzhou, China, and Seoul, South Korea. According to reports, the Rise stores focus on digital features and personalization.

In other news, several new stores are slated to open at NorthPark this summer, and Maria Tash, a jewelry and piercing destination, recently opened a Texas-exclusive location on level one between Neiman Marcus and Dillard’s.
