Clarke Landry’s Work Ethic is Reflected in Her Sales Successes
When Allie Beth Allman realtor Clarke Landry moved to Dallas years ago, she fell in love with the city. After living in the Park Cities, then in Preston Hollow, where she raised her three children and currently resides, she knew she had a passion for these neighborhoods and wanted to help people find their dream homes in these wonderful communities.
After starting her business in the banking crash of 2009, Landry quickly became a Top 10 Producer her rookie year.
“I have never worked harder, but it set up a work ethic that has stayed with me all these years and helped me in all my successes, no matter what market we find ourselves in,” Landry said.
Landry believes that the Park Cities and Preston Hollow communities will always remain the pinnacle of family living and desirability, which brings the highest dollar no matter what. Her advice to home buyers is to ensure they are working with an agent who is knowledgeable and connected to the neighborhoods. To home sellers, Landry advises preparing your home well with a fresh coat of paint, staging, and landscaping, to draw the most desired buyers.
