Dallas Police Respond After Shots Fired Outside Preston Hollow Church

Dallas Police responded after they say someone pulled up to where a security guard was in the 9800 block of Preston Road, outside an address listed for Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church, and fired a gun.

A Dallas police spokesman said, specifically, a motorist pulled up near the security guard, threw something, then displayed the gun at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

The spokesman said the security guard was cut by some glass during the disturbance but was not shot.

The report didn’t provide additional details, but we’ll update this story if we receive new information.
