Shops At Park Lane Welcoming New Businesses

Northwood Retail is welcoming 10 new tenants across three of its Dallas shopping centers, including the Shops at Park Lane.

“People want to be in Dallas, and retailers are realizing it is critical to expand their locations and reach here,” said Ward Kampf, president of Northwood Retail. “By remaining open and transactional through the pandemic, Dallas has attracted talent and new formations of business, from entrepreneurs, to finance and fintech, to private equity, to corporate America, to big real estate firms. We are pleased to add these 10 new tenants to our portfolio, broadening business and bringing increased options to our city, which is swiftly becoming the capital of commerce.”

The Shops at Park Lane added three new tenants – Champs Sports, Dogtopia, and Two Bit Circus.

Champs Sports offers shoes, apparel,  accessories, and more next to SAKS Off 5th in the shopping center.

Dogtopia, a pet center offering daycare, overnight, weekend, and holiday boarding, as well as spa services, is opening in the shopping center late this spring.

Two Bit Circus, a 350,000-square-foot micro-amusement park featuring arcade games, carnival games, virtual, augmented, and extended reality experiences, an interactive game show theater, robot bartenders, and more, is opening in the shopping center this fall.
