Zoes Kitchen Snider Plaza Location Closed

The Zoes Kitchen location in Snider Plaza is closed after more than 13 years.

The 2,377-square-foot space that formerly housed the Mediterranean eatery will be transformed into fast casual Mediterranean spot Cava after about eight-to-10 weeks.

“We can’t thank you enough for choosing Zoes Kitchen and we hope you’ll visit our other locations to enjoy your favorite kabobs and treat yourself to our famous Yaya’s chocolate cake,” a sign on the door of Zoes Kitchen read.

Cava acquired Plano-based Zoes Kitchen in 2018 and began transforming many of the shops into Cava locations.

“Together, we’re sharing a passion for bold, craveable meals and exceptional guest experiences with eaters across the country,” Cava’s website reads.

While Zoes Kitchen is a counter service restaurant with a menu of traditional Mediterranean fare like hummus and falafel, Cava offers a build-your-own salad, pita, or grain bowl experience with grilled meats, veggies, and spreads like hummus, tzatziki, and ‘crazy feta,’ a jalapeño-infused feta mousse.
