The week may have had a rainy start, but nobody — nobody — rains on the Hillcrest homecoming parade and festivities.
Hillcrest’s Delaney Chavez was named homecoming queen while Kevin Garcia was crowned king at halftime of the Panthers game against Adamson during homecoming festivities at Franklin Field on Thursday night.
