Downing Leads HP at Optional Meet
The Highland Park girls secured a fourth-place finish in the team standings at the recent Mark Williams Invitational meet in Euless.
Katherine Downing won an individual title on floor exercise placed third on vault in the optional meet. On the boys side, HP was fifth in the team standings.
Next up, both HP squads will host the Highland Park Invitational meet on Feb. 21.
