Scardello Artisan Cheese Features Special Series for 10th Birthday

Scardello Artisan Cheese is turning 10 at the end of October, and the anniversary celebration will include a line-up of 10 classes that are the best classes from the last 10 years.

Each week will feature two or three different classes that stand out above the rest. At the end of this series, Scardello will cap things off with some exciting events to celebrate its anniversary.

Scardello Oak Lawn is located at 3511 Oak Lawn Ave.

The classes begin Oct. 5 with its Beer vs. Wine Smackdown. Each of the five rounds will consist of one cheese, one wine, and one beer. Experts will talk about pairing in general and specific impressions of each pair, followed by voting and a winner.

Tickets for each class are $40 (unless otherwise marked).
