Vintage Enthusiast Brittany Cobb To Share Global Finds
Dallas-based trailblazer and vintage enthusiast Brittany Cobb has scoured every nook and corner, traveled to exotic places both near and far and uncovered some fabulous finds set to make their debut at the annual Flea Style Fall Show at Dallas Market Hall.
The Fall Show will take place Nov. 2 and 3 in Dallas Market Center’s North Hall, steps away from the bustling Design District.
With a successful eight years behind her, Cobb is looking forward to year nine where she plans to showcase a lofty list of swoon-worthy finds for the taking. The Fall Show spans over 80,000 square feet and highlights more than 200 vendors selling handmade, vintage and unique fashion, home and lifestyle goods.
Expect Sam Wish (Austin-based apothecary), Odin Leather (gorg wallets, bags, and belts), Sabon Home (eclectic global décor) Au Mexique (supple fringe totes and travel bags) and KCA Design (live sketching and painting biz for handbags to denim) – just to name a few.
Maker’s Mark will be on hand serving seasonal cocktails and cool creative workshops with small businesses selected by Cobb. Expect free floral arranging and hand-lettering classes as well as kids’ activities from corn hole to coloring.
General admission brings Saturday, Nov. 3, at 9 a.m. and the first 100 shoppers receive a free tote bag. Tickets are $5 and the show will run until 5 p.m. A VIP night will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 2. Tickets are $20.
This year also marks yet another milestone that is certain to get her followers all abuzz as Cobb has opened up her first brick and mortar – nestled in the heart of Deep Ellum. Not a day goes by where you don’t spot someone peeking into the vintage ‘60s Hollywood Regency doors (unearthed in Canton!) or posing in front of the Insta-worthy blush brick wall graffitied “Good Things Happen Here.”
This store attracts local influencers and noteworthy fashion icons alike including vintage lovers Jane and Judy Aldridge and esteemed designer Alexander Wang.
“This is our first show since opening our Deep Ellum store which has introduced us to more amazing makers and collectors than ever,” Cobb said. “We can’t wait to bring them together with our longstanding vendors for our biggest and brightest event.”
