Hari Mari To Host Event to Raise Awareness About Childhood Cancer

Two Park Cities natives behind flip-flop brand Hari Mari are looking to raise awareness about childhood cancer through a remote broadcast of The Hardline by The Ticket, with special guest, former Olympian, Jennie Finch.

The event and silent auction are this Thursday, Sept. 20, from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Hari Mari headquarters, 208 S. Haskell Ave.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and through Hari Mari’s Flops Fighting Cancer initiative, we are doing out part to spread the word of this fatal disease! Did you know, cancer is the disease leading cause of death of children in the US? Pediatric cancer is more fatal than all other childhood diseases combined, with roughly 12,000 kids diagnosed each year.

All proceeds from the event benefit Hari Mari’s flagship Flops Fighting Cancer partner, Cook Children’s in Fort Worth.
